If you want it to update your profile with your blogposts (like on mine) then I think the problem is that you've written the url of the site incorrectly (there is no www). If oyu change that, it should update automatically.
If you want to link to a post about a particular pattern, i've been going in and finding hte blog post, getting the exact url (usually knisters.blogspot.com/the_title_of_the_post) and cutting and pasting into that box that appears on that screen.

If your blog address is correctly entered, then new comments usually show up in an hour. This is the time it takes for the site to recognize that you have a new post and add it to your listings on your Ravelry page. So if you have your address correct and keep checking and checking, don't worry; it'll be there in 60 minutes :)
